Here are some photos from our friend from church, Brian Elzinga who was one of the concrete guys that were at our house on the day of the muddy muddy mess.

Here are the most recent photos that I have of our house,
while Justin was on vacation, he had the waterproofing guy come in
and then Matt nailed up the foam/insulation on Saturday.

This week's plans:
Monday - backfill and even out all the ruts in the clay from the concrete muddy day!
Tuesday - Backfill again and extend the driveway!
Wed - START FRAMING!!!!!!!! YEAH!

One MUDDY MUDDY MESS!!!!

Thursday they decided to pour the concrete walls even though the ground around our house was really soft and muddy...... and today's rain isn't going to help the situation! Good thing the concrete walls need to sit there for a week... hopefully the rain will dry up and once our builder gets back from vacation in a week, it will be all good and dry, ready for him to start framing! =)

Waiting on Inspector!

They have the walls up to start pouring the concrete,
but we are waiting on the county to have an inspector come out and check it!
Darn it! And it's a nice day out too!
