after 3 broken hole punchers and 10 hours of labor.....

so we started assembling the programs on Tuesday of this week..... and let me just tell you... after 2.5 BROKEN HOLE PUNCHERS, 10 hours of labor, 280 pieces of card stock folded, 2240 punched holes, 280 ribbons cut & tied into knots..... they are FINISHED!!! even though they took longer to make than i thought they were going to... i'm glad we put that much effort into them... i like how they look and they are definitely my style and being a graphic designer, i couldn't just have a plain program... i had to add my little creativity to it! =)  so, i hope those that come to the wedding enjoy them!

if anyone is wondering WHY there were 2.5 broken hole punchers, let's just say ONE PERSON - (aka BUD) - tried to help out and make my life a little easier by filing down one that was sticking, but he filed it down just a little TOOOOOO MUCH and then ANOTHER PERSON - (aka Matt) - got a little greedy and tried to do all 7 white pages at the same time and bent it.  He actually bent 2 of them, but got one back working again!   And where was my dad in all this?   STAYING VERY FAR AWAY because after all these years.... he knows better than to get involved! Hahaha! (I love my Dad!!!)
